Pocket is a fast growing Central London private residential developer that specialises in intermediate housing. The company’s passionate team has been granted planning permissions for five residential/mixed use projects in the last two years and is aiming to deliver an average of eight projects a year in 2007 and 2008.
We are looking for an intern architect, surveyor or planner who wants to pursue a career in property development. Ideally a mature student who wants to gain practical experience in a working environment where everybody has an input in shaping the future. We are looking for a minimum commitment of six months, starting in September.
