Anyone see the programmes that were on the telly lately dedicated to the city of London (C4 mayday weekend and BBC2 Friday at 9.00). Good programmes conveying the history of this great old town.....from the time of the Romans to the present day. Cor Blimey!

It was interesting but it may have been a mistake to let Peter Ackroyd narrate/present it himself.
