Does Internet change the planning policies?

I am an architect and a MSc student researching the changes the Internet causes in the city (centre) use and how the planning policies respond to the changes.

I would need some volenteer architects, planners, urbanists, designers to fill a questionnaire about the subject. Or simply email with your OPINIONS how the city use changes because of the Internet, and how the planning policies change because of that.

Even a two-minute opinion of a busy planner will help me!
