Missing roof in Merrion Square

while enjoying lunch in Merrion Sqaure Park today in the sun, I realised i was looking through the top floor windows of a house on the north terrace at the sky... the house is roofless yet there is no building work going on... another "let the building rot so we can knock it down" scheme?

A little bit of info, it burnt down and no work going on because the insurance hasn't been sorted

Maybe I'm just getting a little cycnical when i see buildings left open to the elements without even a polythene covering... at this stage weather has done more damage than the fire which was confined to the top floor........
