I've recieved this a couple of times and i'm as wary as the next cynical architect of spamming and general e-mail tomfoolery, but this is something that will affect some of us during our lives, whether male or female. i'd hate to discover that it's anything but absolutely genuine, but i'm glad the nightmare of pop-ups and webpage piggyback advertising can sometimes be applied positively
