Luas - Stephens Green to Broadstone
It should be good to see Broadstone back in use as a 'train' station after all these years.
Does the proposed line improve access to the Abbottstown site?
Where are the planned Luas stations along the currently unused railway line (much of the link to Broadstone is well below road level).
Phibsborough bus garage is large, does the alternative use as a Luas site create space pressures for bus parking?
Given the time taken to get the Whitehall port tunnel moving what is the timescale on a centre city tunneling project?

construction of the underground city-centre section should commence some time in the spring of 2048... if the port tunnel is anything to go by!...on the up-side though preliminary work is well advanced on parts of the Tallaght line.
