i am thinking to design a hospital that cost a little with sustainable design,Eco,....,Green architecture ,the hospital that run itself
i have some idea but preferred YOU said your point of view about every thing or give other a good example in Net anyway after that i want to put my idea forward till we could have a nice discussion......so for the first step

2-could we have eco ,green design?
