LA HUB, a Los Angeles-based urban design collaborative, is sponsoring a conceptual competition to explore a proposed Civic Plaza located in downtown L.A. Participants from diverse disciplines are encouraged to submit proposals which expand both the potential and the perception of public space. All proposals will be shown in a public exhibition in the Spring of 2003.
