I would like to suggest that a discussion forum is established to consider design competitions, their effectiveness in achieving a better built environment, and their implication for design's stakeholders. The City of Sydney has now implimented Design competitive Processes for private development, this is having and will continue to have significant implications for the built environment, architects, and all other stakeholders. I think an international discussion of the issues and implications would be valuable.
