Can anyone recommend an online tool/website for communicating with customers?
I need something where I can provide my clients with progress on design work through the life-cycle of the project, and is doesn't require a degree in computers to work it!
It should also have facilities so I can manage the information myself, and so I can add my own images (or remove them).

Its mainly set up for design team collaboration but certainly could do what you want. Its probably costly though.
