Perspective view including ground & 1st floor plans published in “Modern Cottage Architecture” 1904. “These cottages are built of local stone, with the upper part of the central portion rough cast, stone slate roof, and brick chimneyts – the excuse for the use of brick in this case being that the houses are in the vale, off the hills and brick is used as much as the stone of the neighbourhood.”
